Damage, Missing or Stolen Equipment
Next Level Service
An item will be considered stolen or misplaced if it is not available for collection within 24 hours of your departure. There will be a $50 minimum charge on any misplaced or badly damaged item.

We encourage all orders to be placed within 24-48 hours ahead of your arrival.
Same day orders and delivery will incur an extra USD$30 rush fee.
